PROMPT: Quick Draw with Google

If you have not tried QuickDraw With Google, go there right now, and do some doodles. It's a lot like playing Pictionary, but you only get 20 seconds per drawing, and the teammate yelling out guesses is an Artificial Intelligence. This is so ridiculously fun, I have now spent hours and hours doodling. Sometimes it's spooky good at guessing, and other times it is puzzlingly dense. Out of Comfort Zone & Light and Dark

I, unfortunately, had to combine two of the prompts (#7 and #22) for this submission. I've had this image in my head for the last few weeks and although I don't have a story for it, I think it would be fun to animate in the future. That being said, it involves a lot of elements I tend to struggle with - backgrounds, shading, colour theory and painting. All were out of my comfort zone but it was worth the struggle. As you can see, the image above is a crow flying through a very dark, very purple, forest while carrying a lantern. The light from the lantern ripples across all the trees, dirt and other forest elements.

Honestly, I'm not into musicals - however, I'm a particular fan of this music video. It's pure insanity and and makes you go 'lolwut' repeatedly for the entire 2 minutes and 15 seconds. To make matters worse - the tune is extremely catchy. Proceed with caution lol.
